Sales Force

Sales Leasing Consultant

Responsible for the leasing process of our Tentac Apartment communities from introduction to actual occupancy of the tenant. The Sales Leasing Agent helps with the profitability of the company by responding to site visits or telephone inquiries, conducts site tours, showcasing the amenities, models, and available apartments. Final phase is to complete the leasing contracts and work with prospect for the close.

Currently located in Bloomington, Normal, Urbana IL

Independent Insurance Producer/Agent

Responsible for the sales and solicitation of new business, as well as maintaining high levels of retention on existing business.

Essential Functions:

  • Build a prospect and client base through phone and mail solicitation, networking opportunities, referrals, current relationships, community involvement, special interests, etc.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers and insurance carriers.
  • Determine prospects and client’s needs through fact-finding opportunities.
  • Present well-prepared and professional proposals to prospects and current customers.
  • Continuously educate prospects and customers on their insurance needs and concerns.

Required License

Currently located in Bloomington, Decatur, Springfield, Champaign and Nashville, TN

Hotel Sales Manager

Strives to maximize revenues through consistent solicitations of prospective clients needing hotel rooms or meeting space with food and beverage sales. The Sales Manager acquires new accounts and services existing accounts to ensure repeat business.

Phone soliciting to prospects. Conduct outside calls to prospects. Conduct promotion of the property through community involvement. Retain and grow current clients. Confer with customers to plan functions including space requirements, time schedules, food services, and other needs. Design and implement marketing campaigns such as direct mail or sales blitz. Attend weekly sales meeting. Administrative duties such as writing and sending contracts, monitoring group room block release dates and maintaining filing system. Weekly Required Sales Goals and Efforts consisting of Outside Sales Calls, Trace Calls, Site Inspections and Promotion & Entertainment

Real Estate Agent

Responsible for using their knowledge of local real estate markets to help individuals buy, sell or rent residential or commercial properties. Their duties include meeting with their clients to discuss their ideal property requirements and price points, overseeing open-houses for sellers and showing clients properties that align with their expectations. overseeing negotiations between their client and a buyer or seller.

Develop a marketing plan for clients designed to attract and address the needs of buyers Gather client information concerning their desired features in a home, financial ability, home types and neighborhoods of interest. Identify properties for sale through the multiple listing service and present them to clients. Pre-screen and qualify all potential buyers before allowing them onto a client’s property. Assist clients as they explore their financial options. Present all offers to clients and then preside over negotiations and advise clients on suitable courses of action.
